Returns

Unfortunately we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at our contact page! 

Refunds 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Late or missing refunds

In the unlikely event of Fisher Classics reaching a satisfactory exchange or bespoke arrangement with you we will notify you that a refund has been actioned by us.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mis-printed. There can be damage to the goods in transit from Australia Post.

If that’s the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
